José is an executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience, gained in national and international companies in the private and public sectors, mainly in retail, manufacturing and distribution.

Since 2018, José has served as President and CEO of Nanuk Gear Protection Inc. He is responsible for shaping the strategies, direction and development of the company, its subsidiaries and the Nanuk brand, with the goal of making it globally recognized. He is particularly focused on expanding the company in international markets, while committing to maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

José is recognized for his ability to build high-performance teams and implement strategic initiatives that ensure sustainable growth and client satisfaction. He holds an EMBA from McGill-HEC universities and a certificate of Corporate Director from University Laval.

Outside of work, Father of 4, José enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, biking, and karate.
